We’re a busy, fast-paced team where no two days are the same, and we need someone who thrives in an environment that’s constantly evolving. You’ll be working across a wide range of HR activities—You’ll be working across a wide range of HR activities spanning the entire colleague experience, including colleague relations, performance management, reward and benefits, providing a crucial support role in the heart of the organisation.

LOCATION: Hybrid 3 days onsite BN8 4EF*
SALARY: up to £38,000 PA*
HOURS: 37 hours - Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, (4.30 finish on Friday)*

About you:
- Extensive experience in employee relations, with a proven track record in handling multiple cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
- Strong ability to use data, HR systems, and metrics to tell impactful stories and guide decision-making.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in delivering performance management initiatives, including setting clear objectives and providing coaching and support to line managers.
- Experience in leading and delivering HR projects that support business objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable, but we are also happy to support candidates who are willing to study towards this qualification.
