Chailey Heritage Foundation is seeking to recruit an Interim Deputy Home Manager to assist the Nights Team Manager with delivering the operational responsibility of a residential/respite service for children and young adults.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Someone who can manage their time well, actively supporting all of the team whilst dealing with pressurised scenarios that often involve decision making.
  • Good administrative and organisational skills inclusive of shift leading, time keeping and creating and maintaining support plans.
  • Someone who wants to be hands on and out there and knows how to balance that with knowing when its time to get into the office.
  • A strong emphasis on continually learning and developing – not only in yourself, but also with coaching and mentoring others.
  • Someone passionate about supporting young people to achieve their goals who is positive, proactive and fun.
  • An analytical and observant thinker who can proactively identify issues before they arise and know how to separate themselves in an objective way regardless of the relationships they hold.
  • Working closely with other departments internally and externally to instil confidence and inspire the best.
